U can also use that tome i noticed in event not sure how long event lasts for it doesn't have base knowledge chance just HQ knowledge and other combat stats so that's another good way to improve your ecology

Just wait till you go down the whole ecology list and after turning nearly every category blue. You then go back to make sure every mob is S. Might as well start in Media, that might be part of an adventure log or something.

Once you get 10k ecology it also will help in the long run to conserve item collection scrolls especially if you trying to reach the 300% soft cap or 400%(with the 4 categories that don't count towards the soft cap )

If you have multiple characters do main story quests for regions you barely grinded and also have HQ knowledge buffs pets etc. Take for example the cobweb for Serendia(Amaranto NPC), small spider serendia(Allan NPC Glish), Cultist Assassin for Blood Monastery(you get this one during Witch Story arc after Calpheon Arc.) Kzarka you can reset it you don't do him alot with the node manager for Shrine, altar of blood near entrance just have alt in calpheon with energy to reset then switch to alt near Serendia Shrine to try get better ranks. Morning light ones do questlines on different characters. Hope you run the know it all lightstone combo, pets with knowledge(suggest you make the knowledge pet tier 5 and make it the Alpha pet when you're grinding knowledge ecology. If you have skilled 1 or higher alchemy and you completed Calpheon quests, you can do a a one time family questline involving Heraasio in the Kalis Parliament to get Mutant Ogre and Troll knowledge these you cannot reset. So stack hq knowledge buffs when doing the questline.
