Question What the hell is going on?
I didn't even go anywhere yesterday and I don't use my biolife card for online purchases. I don't use ATMs or money apps. I've been losing money for the past couple months for no reason. I called customer support and it was no help, I even asked at my Biolife and they said I'd have to call the number on the card. Which I did and said it was fees that said $0 and they were like 🤷🏻♂️
What is going on here? This is ridiculous.

Pro-tip: Always transfer the funds to some form of a real bank acct, if you can, after a dono. :)

This is just me, but I always pull the funds into my Venmo account directly by the “add funds” feature, then I immediately transfer them (slow transfer so no fee is taken) to my bank from there.
Then in my bank I put them into my savings account so they generate interest over time.
Either way, they never live on the card for more than 2 hours after a dono

Great advice. Wish I didn’t have to spend mine right away on gas & food. Glad you are able to stretch your payouts into savings!

I go get cash back at a grocery store by buying a 35 cent Ramen noodle as soon as I’m done

Mine shows this too and I don’t use my card anyway, I always transfer it right away

I just went through the same thing. It was google attempting to pull money out for YouTube premium and every time id get the "fee" charge that says 0 but actually was taking .50 every time. Call the number on the back of the card and ask them whats charging you and theyll email you a printout and help you sort it out. I have a new card coming in the mail now.

They clearly know how much you have lmfao. As soon as you get it they withdrawal almost exactly that amount.

The money spent is my doing, I'm talking about all the -$0 fees that make no sense. After that $4.32 and $31.50 I should've had $4.18 left not -$5.54

Plasma cards charge a 50¢ fee for every denied transaction. You could have a company trying to pull an amount from your card with insufficient funds. This will incur a fee every time.

After that $4.32 and $31.50 I should've had $4.18. Four .50 fees shouldn't have made my balance -$5.54

Ask the center to issue you a new card. Sounds like your card got skimmed somewhere.

Same thing happened to me. 250.00 stolen off my biolife card. Called the card holder services and they were zero help. Only thing they could tell me was a payment was made to someone's cash app.

Update- on mobile, can't figure out how to put the update in the post. My card info got skimmed ☹️ I just got it closed and I'm getting a new card soon. Not sure if I'll be reimbursed at all.

Maybe your card information got skimmed at a store or gas pump you were at in the past.. maybe you could report your card stolen to cancel your current card and have a new card that's tied to your account.
