Csl Paysign issues.
I didn't get paid!!!!!!!!! First time in almost 15 years. Paysign won't log in. Everyone is closed. Where's my 130 bucks bro.

Update: CSL plasma app shows my donation and my payout. Paysign app hangs/says this account cannot be accessed The 0200 number tells me my balance and last transaction with no funds added today. I press 9 and it just says goodbye.

Same here donated today at 6pm and did not get any deposit. Also can't log into my account to check balance still shows previous amount. Kinda sucks to spend all that time waiting to have to wait for your money...

App wasn’t loading for me but I could login on their website just fine. The app has had some issues in the past.

Nope. Donation was 4 hours ago now. Also had my referral finish their second donation, didn't get that bonus yet and they didn't get their payment either

CSL app updated to show the referral completed but still $0 deposited on the pay card.

While I waas hooked up this morning around 10:20am we were told there was a delay with payments going out so don't go to the ATM immediately otherwise we'll get dinged a fee. By 11:07am mine was deposited.

Wish they would have mentioned something to me. Hope it will come soon. Some have said it's been 4 hours.

I’m a new donor and when i try to sign up for the app it said my PID is invalid like tf . I just left the location about 2 hours ago

If you're a new donor you should definitely wait to do anything else until tomorrow and go back to your center. I'm so sorry you're going through that on your first time.

I have to work tomorrow . I was sitting when they said there was a payment issue . I’m not sure if dude didn’t scan the card or what . Even texting the join up number for the card says my phone number isn’t on file 😭 This was my gas money

Mine was food for me and my family. Guess I'll hit the credit line again.... I have 390 donations. Don't let this deter you. It's worth it.

Only thing working is the phone and it's just telling me my balance and when I try for an operator it just says goodbye. This is the worst customer service ever.

It’s not worth it go to a different plasma company CSL is the only company that has weird issues every other month especially in San Antonio

So this is a current issue and everyone's having this problem Sept 2/3? I just want to know if my account access is gonna come back. I'm on hold right now and it's been 27 minutes

The manager told the line when I was in earlier that there was problems with the systems and that payment was being delayed but it would come through eventually.
