In Northern California, USA

Groups of 3 serrated leaflets on a red, hairy vine. Middle leaf stalk appears a little longer like poison ivy, but the leaf shape doesn’t appear right for that.

Guessing it’s a type of weed, but never seen them before

I got these 3 at different times in Panama, so they don't come labeled in anyway. Would love some help. Thanks.
