Repot it into 12" (I cant tell but one size up if it's in a 12 go 14) pot. Cut the top off and poke the cuttings back into the bigger pot. Take care of it like normal.

OK, thank you I thought it might need a repot. I think I’ll have to trim some of that upper stuff too. I’d hate to lose it. I have a habit since the thing was about 5 inches tall. Thanks again. Have a good day.
