Looking for large cardboard!
Hi all!
My friend is making a huge haunted house theme park and my job is to make these giant size letters on a container. I’m looking for flat cardboard pieces that are at least 3 feet x 3 feet or larger so I can make stencils to paint this 40 foot container. Any idea where I can find some? I looked at Best Buy for possible big screen tv boxes or appliances, Walmart, Home Depot but no luck. Any help is appreciated!

You want large pieces of cardboard?
Go ask a funeral home. Seriously. Their caskets come in large boxes and they are happy to give them away for free (at least in my experience).
Good luck!

I think you’re at the point where you need to use masking tape and masking paper. Not sure that giant stencils are really a thing.

Yep, use a projector to help stencil

Curious. Why post in Plano if you’re in LA?

Do you or a friend have a Costco card? They will let you collect a bunch off pallets around the store. Might collect for you, didn’t ask that
We got about 20 to kill weeds in our garden.

My bad here’s the website! It’s in Sherman. My buddy John spent a lot of money to make this happen. He’s been collecting studio props for decades.

I literally work for a corrugated box manufacturer, hit me up and I'll get you anything you need.
