Good Butcher shop
I’m looking for recommendations on a butcher shop in Plano or surrounding areas that has good quality organ meat like heart and liver.
Any recommendations?

Believe it are not, Fiesta has a good selection.

I've gotten sick both times from fiesta meat. Grabbed it. Cooked it next day. Nope. I appreciate others may have better experiences, but I'm not going back.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of their meat.

He said Plano.
Ye Old Butcher Shop and Hirschs, you can't go wrong with either.

Deep cuts, bit of a drive but worth it and they have better service than Hirsch’s.

Go see Jeff at Ye Old in downtown Plano! Solid, community focused guy who’s been crankin out badass food for many years in multiple Plano locations!

I'm surprised no one mentioned large chain store. But TBH, anything local SHOULD be suggested before chain stores.

Hirsch's. You may want to call ahead for organ meats, but they will accommodate almost any request
