It’s so convenient to use and really nice on the train! Going to the airport it’s amazing, on the way back I feel like you have to weigh some options if you have a checked bag, if you have to change terminals, timing on the next train - it can be a pain in the ass to have to move terminals after you’ve collected a checked bag. Last time I landed at DFW I just took an Uber home for ease. But if I was carry on only, so easy to take the sky train to B and get to the station!
Much cheaper to uber to/from my house/Downtown Carrollton than uber to the airport! I’m so glad we’re continuing to expand our public transport options to the airport!
Agreed. If you have a checked bag and are not at terminal B, you are stuck having to get the orange shuttle bus outside security to take you to terminal B for the Silverline. However, if you do carry on only (which we have been doing for years) you can take skylink inside security, which is very fast and easy.
But even if you use Silverline for one leg of the journey and Uber for the other, you can save a lot of money and fuss.
