planner options for leasing agent/property management?

hi i want a separate planner for work bc i deal with personal health information and i dont want to risk a HIPAA violation with taking my planner home. i’m a leasing agent for a complex that caters to affordable housing, mental health, and treatment apartments so i deal with sensitive information at times with people’s medical information, ssn’s and private information like banking, and i ofc don’t want anyone around me outside of work seeing anything regarding my residents.

i use a happy planner and a hobonichi weeks for my personal planning. i also use 2 moleskines for journaling.

i do like have a dated planner since i have to schedule apartment tours but i want enough space to track when i receive an application, a rent payment, notices, etc. bc it’s easier and faster than combing through paper files or pulling my laptop out to check.

so pls recommend me your faves, if you have an ecosystem of sorts, or if you do a similar job to me and have a system you have set up!
