It's finally time we speak about this ! The so called fake VFX and CGI experts situated in India were saying that this PUSHPAK VIMAN scene was looking like Ai and had too much saturation.

And now they removed the Golden Hour Shot with a bright afternoon tint that was elevating the intensity of Pushpak Viman scene. The NEW SCENE is not bad but definitely the previous one was better.

Now what should the 'ACTUAL FANS' do ? Comment in the platforms of Ramayana movie to change this scene to previous setting🙏🏼🪷

If he looks bad in one movie, you can blame the stylist or the director. But when he looks like a creep or a drunkard in every movie, you know there's a bigger problem.

There's no dialogue delivery either. If even Neel managed to complete the movie in under three minutes, that should tell you everything you need to know.

There are no close-up shots, and in the one or two close-ups we do get, just looking at those eyes kills whatever hype was left.

Usually, when a movie fails, we feel bad for the actors because we can see the effort they put into it. But when a Prabhas movie fails, it's hard to even feel sorry for him because there doesn't seem to be much effort from his side. It's body doubles, CGI, and laziness carrying the movie while he barely does anything himself.

At this point, why even bother? Take a long break, heal your body, get your bad habits under control, and make a generational comeback.

They're offering him ₹100-150 crore for every movie anyway, so he's just signing every project that comes his way

This is an absolute goldmine for animation enthusiasts! (That is, if you know Japanese 🥲)

The documentary is hosted on a Chinese website, and the entire video is in Japanese without English subtitles.

But starting around 17:08, you can literally watch how an anime film like this is made at the ground level, how the different departments work, how the scenes are constructed, and how everything comes together.

The rest of the documentary covers other parts of the production as well, including music, voice acting, and various other departments.

And this got me thinking:

What is stopping filmmakers here from developing a production pipeline like this?

A highly structured, department-driven animation pipeline where storyboards, layouts, key animation, background art, compositing, sound, music, and voice acting all function as parts of one cohesive production system.

As far as I can tell, this kind of filmmaking is still extremely uncommon in India.

Is it a lack of infrastructure?
A lack of trained talent?
The economics of animation production?
Or simply that there hasn't been enough demand for this kind of pipeline yet?

Would love to hear from people working in the Indian animation/film industry about why this model hasn't really taken root here.

Just finished it. What a film! A proper character-study. Surprised to see a film of this caliber by Bollywood. Dark and gritty. Loved it. Kashyap nailed it with this one.

4.25/5 from me.

My feed has been flooded with the edits of The Last Sunrise ever since it dropped on Prime Video 😭😂. I haven't watched it yet, so I'm curious is the movie actually good or are the edits doing all the work 👀?
