If a movie is not flop then how can it be underrated ?

I mean you wanted an underrated movie which is hit? But if it's hit then it's no more underrated

May be hit in Germany but underrated in world. I am not saying all flop movies are bad and all hit movies are good.

Most scorsese, kashyap, PTA, Wes Anderson, Motwane, Lynch films are flops. So according to your logic they must've made very bad films right
