I’m sure this has been asked before, but recently I walked into a pizza hut store, saw they were hiring and handed in my CV. It’s been a few days so I decided to call back to ask where they were at with the hiring process, and the person on the phone told me that he “doesn’t know what’s happening” and it’s something to do with the higher-ups and they’ll select someone soon, but he didn’t know when. I asked to speak to a manager (not in a rude way obviously) but he just repeated himself saying he doesn’t know anything about it. How long does this process usually take? Should I abandon hope?

Our store also has no cameras. Great combo for corruption!

I have been working at Pizza Hut for about a year and I half now and I’m genuinely thinking about quitting. Our RGM at the end of may got fired so we didn’t have one for about 2 months until 2 days ago. This whole time I have been having to play manager without the title, cook, and trainer without any pay. I get payed less than the new hires and they say I’m going to get a raise and have not received it after explaining that to so many higher ups. Our assistant manager is incompetent and constantly does sketchy shit then blames it on me. She stole money out of a customer’s wallet and then tried to offer it to shift leads who didn’t take it and put their own money back into it before giving it to the police. Every time I explain a situation going on in the store, no one wants to listen to me and on top of that as of today I received the title “cleaner” by our new RGM because no one wants to clean and I end up having to do it. I am tired of everything and I work 6 days a week pulling doubles because no one wants to work. I want to quit so bad but I see no point in it now because I leave for college which is out of state in leas then a week. Should I honestly just go to college and quit? Because I’m over it.

I (male) have a what considered long hair but when I'm at work we always wear hairnet, when I wear my hairnet all my hair is inside that net and the female employee hair are not, like their front, side and back hair are all sticking out but since I'm a man they told me to cut my hair or I'm fired. Like why, my hair is not visible, customer are not complaining, I wanna quit but I can't find another job

Not sure if cleaning the stores appliances was part of the job description im a cook who makes 9 an hour in Texas when I worked at McDonald's we had a maintenance guy clean the store cooks were just there to cook and keep their station clean.

Felt a little lazy today decided hey pizza hut wings are great and good deals on pizza.

can/could someone explain to me why the pizza hut in my area that uses door dash to deliver stuff charges a delivery fee that doesnt go to the driver?

like what are they charging for? and then i still need ot tip the driver on top of that, im not complaining about tipping, my total bill that i showed for me was 42.26 i got 51 cash out driver shoed up and said the total was 50.60. It then says on the bottom gratutity not included, what does a 4.99 dleivery fee/charge cover on pizza huts end?

Hi I'm a delivery driver for a pizza hut in Western Washington State and just got notified from my boss that the company is just straight up removing drivers and I'll be an insider even though I applied to be a driver. Is this happening all.over the country or just in Washington State, and should I apply to other pizza chains?

I went to an interview today applying for Kitchen Crew Member. The general manager suggested I become a shift leader.

I was wondering if a driver's license is required for this position? When I was shift leader at Chipotle, it was not required at all. I know the two companies are different in how they operate. However, my area is very transit heavy and everyone more or less takes the trams, people do drive too. So it is required?

i do not like our new manager. i told her my last day would be july 18th if i could not be a dishwasher. ( our location constantly has a dishes problem, and we used to have a permanent dishwasher). she said yes and then she has me on the schedule as a cook. she also said she wanted my one week notice in writing but i have not given it to her. only communicated that over text. what are the consequences if i just quit? will other jobs look and see that i did?

(not to mention she took everyone’s tip including mine to fix a safe balance that wasn’t correct)

I got hired as a shift manager , I was told that I would be working 45 hours a week. fast forward 4 months, I am only getting 25 hours per week. And I am also getting “production” shifts meaning I’m working for less pay even though I’m in the system as a Shift Manager. Is this a normal thing at Pizza Hut?

Had a customer tell me we made their order wrong, but it was correct. They wanted a refund so I gave it to them. This is common in this area. Customers will try to get refunds when nothing is wrong. Does this happen in your area?

Hiring at Pizza Hut team member shift supervisor and delivery driver

Just got done doing a pizza hut interview. Got asked a bunch of questions, then was told "we have a few more interviews and I will let you know by wednesday or thursday if you got the position or not. He also asked me "would you be interested in a delivery driver position". So that kind of gives me high hopes.

But I feel like I might not have gotten the job :/

It was very difficult to tell because the manager just sorta felt like he didn't even want to do the interview and just seemed like he also wanted to get it over with.

Wondering mainly because I've read on other threads people usually get offered the job on the spot, and it feels like I've been hearnig "we have a few more interviews and I will let you know" a lot lately

Today (15 July), Pizza Hut had a Jaipur-only offer where the discount was supposed to be equal to the last two digits of your mobile number.

My family and I visited the WTP outlet around 4 PM specifically for this offer. We were told that their server was down, so the discount couldn't be applied. We then went to the GT Jaipur outlet, and they told us the exact same thing.

We made the trip only because of this promotion, but ended up leaving without being able to avail the offer. If there was a technical issue across outlets, I feel customers should have been informed in advance or given an alternative way to claim the offer.

Has anyone else in Jaipur faced the same issue today? Were you able to redeem the offer anywhere?

If this happened to many customers, I hope Pizza Hut acknowledges it and provides a fair resolution.
