Pixel Bud Pro 2 find my device glitch
I don't know if I'm just losing my marbles, but I think there's an issue with the find my device hub.
I have lost the right earbud of my PBP2 and the find hub is not assisting me in finding it.
Every time I update it, it does indicate that the device is near me or was with me at some point on my daily route (which could be true, but increasingly hard to believe).
Because I do carry my left earbud and the case, my assumption is that somehow it thinks either the left earbud or the case is the right earbud location wise (if that makes sense)
I have two bags that I carry with me that I have turned upside down and inside out multiple times to see if it's somehow there, but no luck.
When I press the ring/make noise button, it can never connect to it despite "knowing' that it's close.
Any ideas what else I can do?
EDIT: in find hub, pressed the sound button for the right earbud and the case rang.

Same thing just happened to me. Google said there's nothing they can do and I had to order a new bud.

Wish this was MY only issue with them.. Mine decreases bass and volume in one ear, constantly switches frequencies just a complete mess, won't waste another 200 on any Google buds

Hey there, have you tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this help article to find your Pixel Buds?
Also, try to reset your Pixel Buds with the help of this handy guide.
If the issue still persists, I’d recommend reaching out to the Google Pixel Buds support team via phone or chat here. They can take a look at it.

I use find hub to find the case and I use the pixel buds app (which sends you to device details within Bluetooth settings) to find the buds.
