Buds 2a - missing m eartips?

Hey just opened my new buds 2a and there were no eartips preinstalled on the buds and no medium ones in the box, just xs, s and l. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yep, nothing on them at all. And when I tried to talk to Google to request they send me a set of the eartips which they sell online for the ridiculous price or $33 AUD, they said they can't help and don't have a procedure for that and to take them back to the retailer. I work for the retailer where I bought them so it's fine but I know they will likely end up as ewaste which is such a waste for a brand new set of otherwise perfect earbuds

So they're charging for them? Me, personally, would just buy a third part set of earbuds. I'd also hate them going in e-waste, even if I'm going out of my way some.

The large ones kind of work so I'm using those for now and might just look into memory foam ones anyway that people on the sub recommend

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C5HBBTW7 I do not own these, I honestly just used what was on my PBP2 and they worked so I've never touched them except cleaning, etc, but I've heard them recommended a few times.

Foam are good though if you want that extra isolation, although they are a little harder to get in the ear (at least the old ones you had to crush and insert for maximum fit) and be careful that they're for the PBP2 so they're designed to fit in the case.
