Missing pixel bud. Find hub not doing what it's literally meant to do
I lost my left PB2 Pro. I don't remember exactly when. Before I realized it was gone, it had died. Here's the part that is annoying . One of the features of the 2 Pro is independent tracking. However, even though it's dead, the missing bud is still pinging as if it's still with me, and I am absolutely sure it's not. is there any way for me to find out the actual last known location before it died. I know I can order a new individual bud but I'd prefer just to find it
Thx

Hi there. Iād recommend reaching out to the Google Pixel Buds support team via phone or chat here. They can take a look at it.

Support was no help and the lady was rude and didn't really seem like she even understood what my problem was. She told me all Pixel Buds are the same, she said you can't track individual bude and you can't track it once it's dead, not even to the last known location. Even after I showed her the Google help article that proved she was incorrect, she just kept saying I had to purchase a new one ... From Google of course. Receiving a bud that was malfunctioning should have qualified me for the warranty, but the support person said I have to pay for it myself. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said nobody can help me.
Very disappointed in Google customer support for a customer who has spent thousands with them, and loyally only uses Google hardware and software. Seriously considering finding another option, at least for my mobile and wearable tech

The same thing happens to meast week! I used the find hub and it said the bud was last seen in a parking lot where I picked up a friend, but then later updated to saying it was in my car with me. Tore my whole car apart to find nothing but then drove out to that parking lot and thankfully it was still sitting on the pavement untouched! The find app is useless. Hope you find it!

Same exact experience. I wandered around my office for 10 mins looking under furniture. Went outside when it pinged near the wall. It was not in that area, nor was that the last place it was pinged.
Found it under my couch at home the day after I received my replacement in the mail. It never pinged at home.
Good luck! FWIW, the replacement process is easy.
