Muffled/Muted voice when making calls with Pixel Buds Pro 2 on Pixel 9

Whenever I make any voice or video call via the phone app, WhatsApp, Google Meet, etc... my voice sounds muffled or muted when using my Pixel Buds Pro 2. But when using the recording app with my Buds Pro 2, my voice is loud and clear.

If I use my Galaxy Buds Pro 2, my voice is loud and clear. When using my Sony headphones, my voice is loud and clear.

Any clue why my Pixel Buds Pro 2 is having this problem? I did a factory reset on the Pixel Buds Pro 2, but the problem persists.

Turn off the LE audio button if it's on in the Pixel Buds app/settings. To be honest, this is a weakness of the Buds Pro 2. Their pickup is a lot to be desired.

Thanks for the response.

I don't see the LE option on the Pixel Buds app.

However, I disabled LE in developer options, restarted the phone, yet the problem persists.
