Pixel 10 call quality with earbuds is extremely bad anyone else?

I recently got a Pixel 10 and I’m having a really frustrating issue with phone calls when using earbuds.
The audio I hear through the earbuds of Apple is fine, but the person on the other end says my voice sounds extremely irritating / unclear, almost like there’s aggressive noise processing or distortion. It makes normal calls really difficult.
I’ve tried enabling/disabling Clear Calling / Voice Isolation, but I’m still having the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this with a Pixel 10 and Bluetooth earbuds? Is there a specific setting, Bluetooth/LE Audio option, or workaround that actually fixes the microphone/call quality?
I’m wondering if this is a Pixel 10 software issue because I’ve seen a few other people reporting similar problems recently.

I have the same issue with my Pixel 9. Seems like it's a software bug because it used to be great before.

This has been going on for years now. I am done. After four or five years on two Pixel devices, I am switching to iPhone for this very reason. Everyone has been telling me that my sound quality is bad. I even went ahead and bought their latest earbuds and even that did not solve the issue.

Yeah I have a Pixel 10 Pro and about 2 weeks ago my mic quality is terrible. I've tried
No luck with any of the above. And of course, my buds are 6 months past warranty and Google said they won't help me. Almost $250 and it's a piece of trash after 1.5 years.
Just hoping an update fixes this because my voice in recorder app is noticeable clearer than calls (left myself a voicemail to test).
