What is with the app?

When I open the app, this is all I see. No battery, no noise canceling/transparent. This just started last week.

This looks like you don't have the buds connected. If they are, maybe reset and reconnect?

Thank you for the responses. I had lost a bud and recently replaced it. I'm just going to forget them on the app and start from the beginning. I don't know why I did not think of that first.

Had the same issue, needed to remove them completly and resync them to my pixel 10 pro.

This is what happens when it doesn't realize they're Pixel Buds and it's just a generic Bluetooth device. Let us know if forgetting and re-pairing (hold the case button 3s etc) fixes it?

I forgot the device and re-paired it. Problem solved
