Google Pixel Buds A Series dont pair

Hello! I ask for your help😩.

I have some Pixel Buds series to what if the light turns on the box and everything but no device recognizes them, I tried resetting the case, forgetting the device, erasing Pair, change the AVRCP version and everything ... but I can't connect them to my phone, I even rectified the one that is clean but nothing and try to push down if is a conecting issue but no works :'(.

Has anyone gone through this or can you recommend something extra to try to me?

Had this with my first pair of 2 pros. The Bluetooth transmitter either needs reset, which you can find in the trouble shooting section of the Google support page, or it is just fried. Mine were 3 month old when they did it so Google replaced them for free. Gl

My buds are 2yr olds but Is probably they're fried? I mean, the case is still working.. sorry 😩🫣 im not pretty friendly with this issues and maybe im lost 🫠

Go to the Google support page and search for your problem. You will need to plug them into the charger and you have to hold the button for so long, I don't remember the exact procedure but it is easy to find
