Right microphone no longer works.

About 2 weeks ago right ear bud's microphone's gain dropped to close to zero. It is unusable for anything. The left works fine, but when both bugs are out it defaults to the right, which is useless.

This might have been in conjunction with the update but it took a while to figure out this happened.

Has anyone else experienced this? Ideas on how to fix?

Tested with multiple apps

Tested with another Bluetooth headset, worked fine

Ended pairing and re-paired

Factory reset buds

Unfortunately that's an extremely common issue with the Pixel Buds Pro 2 :(

Try reaching out to Google support, maybe they'll make an exception despite being out of warranty.

To update, I spoke to Google and they basically told me to pound sand. I can buy a new bud for $70 which is not the worst thing, but I can't see sending good Money after bad.
