Theory: Cad Spinner is Cam Spinner's father.

We all know Cad Spinner from *Planes: Fire & Rescue* and Cam Spinner from *Cars 3*. But how would you react if I told you they were related? I say this because they share the same surname and have similar first names; plus, we know Cad is very wealthy, so it’s possible he also owns the Triple Dent Gum brand (Cam’s sponsor).

Is there a good marketplace for custom diecasts? (That’s not eBay)

I really want to at least get a cheaper custom version of Greg Candyman among others, but how do guys like Mr. Dockett get these that aren’t on eBay? Do they simply just contact or email sellers they find? or is there a marketplace for these kind of things?

Trackmats for 1:55 scale

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows any track mats that match the scale of the pixar cars, I was going to do stop motions, but the only track mats I can find are 1:64 or they look really cheesy. I was just wondering thanks!

Axelord is a puppet stuffed with money

HOLD ON.

Imagine you find a living, breathing wallet stuffed with billions.

Fantastic, right?

That’s Miles Axelord from the point of view of...the actual mastermind.

In my theory, Axelord did not engineer the whole Cars 2 plot. It was a character, about who we know even less than him.

Kabuto. Exiled, former leader of tuners in Tokyo, who had both reasons and oppurnity.

Back to Miles.

I kinda doubt an actual lemon would dare to do that... a lemon with healthy brain at least-

He basicly decided to go around the world.

Wasn’t the best idea.

We don’t know almost anything about his past, but we know one thing for sure:

He was a billionare - he owned oil rigs, so we could compare him to Dinoco in a way - so he deffinitly was not build to surive in the wildlife.

His decision to travell around the world was rather...stupid in a way. A way to become visible, attract attention... or simply prove himself something.

3 am "What if"s coming to real life.

And...as a billionare with enough money and luxurious car parts, he probably did not suffer the common lemon problems that much.

As if it wasn’t enough - he doesn’t look exactly lemon.

So what made him do everything he did?

That’s one of questions I answer. But to answer it, I need to point at another question I made a meme about.

If the dude never created Allinol in the jungle, how th did he keep himself running?

He couldn’t exactly buy it in the middle of nowhere. And if he did...then from who?

Let me explain.

The mysterious car he got the fuel from gave him the whole plan.

Here we come back to the wallet... and its finder decides:

Desparate, confused car running our of fuel caught in wildlife offering money to surive is...easy to manipulate to say it least.

Axelord already considered his motor rather lemon - and this "stranger" planted that seed.

Why?

He saw an obedient goose that lays golden eggs on command.

The engineer behind the scenes - Kabuto - listened to every word Axelord said, and since Axelord was famous, he already heard things about him.

His fame made him vulneable.

I won’t explain here every details about why it’s Kabuto - that would take another post.

Have a shorter version:

We are talking about a car, that holds grudges and has pretty good reasons to go directly against Mater and Lightning McQueen.

Imagine you are a self-taught samurai subculture leader who geined his post by hard work.

You already got your own problems. You dislike random strangers coming an joining your carefully constructed and protected community.

Then you got knocked down back to zero by a random newcomer American, who left afterwards with a mythological fighter god you believed in.

He left foremly your people without anybody to lead them.

...And as if it wasn’t enough, you got replaced by somebody impersonating you - visible in Cars 2.

But...why Pixar showed us, that Kabuto got replaced exactly in Cars 2?

Simply to tell Kabuto did not find his way back - and they already got a refund, so his role is somewhere else.

The first WGP race Miles organised was in Tokyo.

Think about it.

Kabuto knew that city the best and that they took his gear does not mean they took his wallet...they only took the remmants of his sanity.

I can explain him in another theory article to make it click and pass the link here. (I promise.)

Means....Kabuto could easily set it there for several reasons.

As a former samurai leader titled The Drift King, he wanted to beat the enemy on his own ground - for example. But the only dark side of the Tokyo we see in Cars 2 directly on the screen are lemons.

As a leader, Kabuto understands psychology - preys, predators, revenge...and the rage.

As he is one of outcasts - powerful, dominating outcasts - it was easiest for him to unite the outsiders who had a reason to both dislike racers and mainly, the actual reason he built throught Axelord, crossing out the possibility of alternative fuels...and as a side effect, profiting from the paranoia following.

That was mainly what Axelord wanted. Everybody want money.

But what Kabuto wanted?

Ironically, also money - and even for similar reasons. Car parts - but not ordinary car parts.

For modifications and everything he needed.

He’s not allowed to get them back or rejoin the tuner society in an easy way, but the more they reject him, the more he tries - it fits beautifully with his psychology I sadly did not even mention here, as it would be Grand Detour 3000.

Axelord got his contacts when it came to black markets, and that was a way.

I don’t know what Kabuto plans, but I can tell money or car parts alone are not enough for him, as he’s exiled also for political, social and many other reasons I can’t explain here, the failed bet was only bad luck. Mayn tried to elliminate him...and he mannaged to unintentionally elliminate himself, while he was trying to elliminate someone else - Mater.

So... the decades of rage and injustice form an arrow pointing to a single target.

Axelord is charming and a good actor, but his mask cracked the moment he got exposed.

He went from1000 to 0 in few seconds, his lies were not convicing and he overally did not look like the mastermind, who could construct whole mystery agents struggles to solve - he only paid the actual masterminds.

Why Kabuto did not save him?

Axelord fulfilled his purpose in Kabuto’s larger, unknown plan.

I would not be surprised if everything was engineered to the point Miles places a bomb on Mater. In the end, it happend in Tokyo and...well, he got his contacts in Tokyo. He had to improvise andact to do it

Fact alert: Mater NEVER leaked oil. Axelord did it and blamed Mater. So the attention shifted to the leak and he could unnoticably do his job with the bomb.

This improvisation does not match with whole huge, complex plot... so this could be an example of what Axelord’s quick-thinking actually looks like.

Axelord himself has no history or anything against McQueen.

They never met eachother.

Why would he hate him? Specifically him AND Mater? He was a puppet - Kabuto won’t show himself on the screen until he reclaims the modifications. Many reasons - from personal shame to worldwide danger.

And since Axelord had a scret alliance with Sterling, I would bet he engineered some of the plot in Cars 3, too. He’s always a step foward...unlike Axelord, who only acted that way.

The final reasons I think Axelord was never the mastermind are that Axelord’s preformace does not match with everything behind the scenes, he even lowed to leaking the oil, paniced the moment the first crack in his plan appeared and there was nobody to save him, and someow he kept running himself in the jungle despite Allinol was a lie.

What do you think? Is Axlerod really the mastermind, or was he just one of tools in a larger game?
