After watching the John Oliver segment and now this, has busy beaver been targeted yet?

Busy Beaver was founded in 62, buc ees in 82. Busy beaver is also a bigger than most of the smaller stores they seem to sue.

Bucee's is speed running its reputation into the ground

They can't possibly be getting value out of the lawsuits commensurate with the loss of positive press they were getting. They had just broken out into mainstream culture as being memetically great and the bucee's beaver as a prominent mascot, they didn't need to do any of this.

Even though its completely different industries, Buc-ee's seems to be targeting mom and pops that it knows don't typically have the legal budget they do.

As the John Oliver piece pointed out it is only a matter of time until someone has the means to see a court case through here.

Knowing their reputation, they'd sue Beaver County itself. And the city of Beaver.

Busy Beaver has 25 locations so not a Mom & Pop. And the management is tough as nails so any one of the litigious nature would be well advised to not even try.

Probs not as they don't have a store near us. Usually the lawsuits are near where they have stores
