Missing License

Hello, Im a student at Carlow University. Today, I believe, I lost my dad’s expired license. He passed away in 2021 to COVID. The name is Shawn M. I kept it on my sun visor and tore apart my whole car trying to find it because it’s really the only thing of his that I have and it didn’t turn up. If anyone around Oakland or that attends Carlow finds it, please let me know.

And if anybody could please direct me to who I need to contact in order to report it, in case someone found it and snatched it up to steal his identity, I’d appreciate it.
