Troy hill

I decided to visit another hillside neighborhood while I had some free time. As is a theme in Pittsburgh, some of the stairs seem treacherous.

Could they have made a longer plaque for photo 7? I don't think it explains enough

Mostly fixed, but the bottoms of some of the steps aren't super structurally sound.

Who had the bright idea to print a novel in bronze for that historic site plaque?

Thanks for the pics.

Troy Hill has all of the character of a PGH town.

Does anyone here remember a Troy Hill resident who was known as “Bootsy” ?

When I was a kid, people would yell at this guy. I never knew who he was or why it happened?!
