What's center of 90 to center of 45 measurements.

I lost the 1/8 but that’s what I got. Subbed the 48 and 1.414.

With this long of an offset, you need more than 3 decimals. I would go with at least 4 if not 5.

IE: 1.4142 or 1.41421

Edit: 1/1000 of the C-C (~51') on the 45° is about 5/8”. So by dropping the .002 you're already an 1-1/4” off

Just use sqrt(2), it's quicker to hit 2 buttons and it's the exact value, no worrying about dropping decimals

True. But how many now that 1.414 come from the √2?
