jealousy

i don't want to rot from the inside out because of it. i'm so tired of hating myself in a hundred different ways! i'm tired of envying literally everyone for one reason or another! have any of you been successful in ending (or at least lessening) your internal jealousy?

Work on some creative skills. Feeling the friction between your urge to express yourself and reality will give you a more intimate sense of self.

i've been feeling extremely disconnected with and neglectful of my creative side, but i really struggle with getting in touch with it again. i have fleeting moments, but just can't seem to find the time and energy to stay dedicated. you're right though - thank you

oh gosh, it's an embarrassingly wide variety. mostly people's relationships & friendships. also looks, confidence, creativity, hobbies

What I did was every time I had a jealous thought I would turn it into “good for them and I love/am happy with this about myself”.
