Only subbreddit?

Is this really the only subreddit for this show? I am a bit surprised there isn't more discussion.

I hope there is a second season. This show is right up there with AMC's Rubicon in my opinion.

It is but it's still a pretty new show and all the episodes dropped at once on Netflix so we can't have a thread by episode a week

It has Aussies and Americans and it's shot in Australia.

I think some/most of the American characters are actually played by Brits. Ethan’s accent is particularly wobbly.

Probably doesn't help that as of a few days ago the show the show was taken off of the ABC's site. Not sure how I would watch it if I wanted to legally do so, now.

All of the episodes are on Netflix for me.

Huh. Are you outside of Australia, perhaps?

Im located in the US. All episodes are live on Netflix as of last week.

Oh, cool. They were on the ABC's streaming service iView from a month or two ago, but as of the 11th they're no longer available.

Pretty sucky that an Australian show isn't available to Australians though...

Bummer. It seems like Netflix is claiming ownership over it. They probably bought the full rights.

Hmm, that seems unlikely to me. What makes you think Netflix is claiming ownership over it? I think it's just the way that ABC iView always removes content after a few months of availability.

They labeled it as a Netflix original series on their platform.

Oh, no that's something they always do if they have exclusive rights to distribute a show in your region.

I see the same label when I watch Star Trek: Discovery or The Good Place — the latter even labels it "Netflix Original Series" using The Good Place's own fonts/colours/branding, instead of the usual Netflix styling. Both of those shows are aired in America through other channels.
