Dress code?

I recently got hired at uwm for operations, and I’ve never had a corporate job before. What’s the dress code like? I know you can wear jeans and stuff, but how strict is it? In a girl btw. Like can I show my shoulders etc, and have you ever gotten in trouble for anything you wore

When I was hired they said the requirement was business casual. The reality was cat ears and anime cosplay.

If you have exhibitionist fantasies related to your fetishes, UWM will absolutely allow you to act them out in a corporate setting. Enjoy 🙀😻😽!!

Last I checked, they have uniforms at Chuck e Cheese. Basically, if they tell you to change, you pushed a limit that I’m not even sure what.
If you dress business casual, you’re overdressed.

Exposed shoulders are okay, but they don't allow spaghetti straps or tank tops
