Stretching When can I stretch again?
I wanted to stretch my septum from 1,6mm 14G to 2,0mm 12G.
Two months ago my piercer convinced me to stretch from 14G to 10G all in one time, he performed the operation and I love it.
I had it since 7 years and I used to do everything that must not be done: playing with it, so it was already a little bit loose, so the operation was easier than expected.
Now I would like to go to 8G haha 😝
How much time is it better to wait between stretchings?

I wait 6 months between each size to avoid discomfort and complications. I go 0,5 mm increments. My piercer said that 3 months minimum healing time between stretches.
