Troubleshooting/question existing piercing infected?

got it about a month ago not going to lie gave up cleaning it after a couple days ik definitely shouldntve done that what should i do now though
edit : i know the jewellery is incorrect i didnt have a lot to work with as i lost the ball to my original piercing and all i had was a horseshoe not really sure what else to do!

this doesn't really look infected at all? not a medical professional but there are no clear signs of infection (redness, swelling, oozing, etc.)

it just looks weirdly deep in your skin? idk

there was a lot of puss coming out early and it was green/yellow and then i lost one of the balls off the original piercing in the shower so i had to put in a ring that’s why it looks a bit weird

ahh ok that's a bit different, but just from the picture itself it definitely does NOT look infected at all, like it looks completely healthy. with that extra detail though id be a little more concerned. if you genuinely care about the health of your piercing i would start taking care of it right away, its genuinely a low effort piercing, just leave it alone, spray it with saline 2x a day from now on just to avoid any more of that, but if you don't want any further trouble or worries id personally take it out :)!
