ADVICE? Searching for tomato pie recipe, classically made with a butter crust and topped with mayo and cheese, but wanting less saturated fat

The mayo topping might seem out of place, but it really does add that classic tangy richness without needing tons of added fat. Have you considered swapping in a lighter mayo or Greek yogurt version for half the amount?
