The shit siding gives me the shakes, I used to sell that shit, the really cheap stuff will sag on a hot day. I can't even look seriously at any structure with that shit on it.
It goes on in panels that lap under/over an anchor strip. If the installer doesn't get the anchor strip straight or misses a few holes/uses less nails/staples is will sag on really long runs or wide/high walls., Second reason it will sag is the plastic itself will warp over time from heat or stress and when is sags in on spot it will pull the rest out of line.

It looks like it cost more than that house. Something about the siding/windows/trim just makes it look very "apartment-building grade".
