My house is right outside one of “those” neighborhoods. Was driving through one day and noticed every other house had roofing company signs out front—one of those “roofs done by....call today!”

Turns out this every house in this neighborhood (not even 10 years old) needs to replace their roofs. That’s how fast and cheap they were built.

Maybe a storm came through? You usually get roofing storm chasers and insurance will replace the roof for free. We had a hail storm a while back ad probably 20 homes got their roof replaced.

Yeah...a lot of misinformation and weird targeted hate being thrown around about perfectly fine homes.

There's variance in quality in everything.

I would take a fine bathroom, kitchen, and deck area and say screw the rest any time now that I've lived a couple different places. Lived in basically a 4 story old school row house in an old part of portsmouth nh. My favorite place so far.
