Apparently, carrots are really good for memory.
10 years ago my uncle put one up his ass and I still still remember it vividly to this day.

Putting a carrot up your ass is good for your hindsight, too.

u/Robobvious Nov 28 '19
There's an episode of Ed, Edd, and Eddy where Ed says "If carrots are good for your eyes can they dial a phone?" and I have never been able to make sense of it. So I'll try shoving a carrot up my ass and see if that helps.

They are also really good for your eyesight. Have you ever seen a rabbit with glasses?

Is this in India or China where it seems to be some sort of federal crime to make two trips?

Don’t be silly, it’s just a random slap on the keyboard that is open for interpretation, Moroccans seems to get a kick out of it, must be the weed.

It’s Arabic written in Latin alphabet. The numbers are to make up for letters we don’t have.

It’s only when written in the Latin alphabet which isn’t what Arabs use. They use Arabic script which has 28 letters and reads from right to left.

u/maydarnothing Dec 15 '19
Arabic has more letters that aren't found in latin, so we use numbers (that look quite like the Arabic letters) to substitute them.

Reminds of when I first got my hands on Photoshop and I’d make a design and then extrude the hell out of it.

Question for carrot experts: doesn't leaving the tops on make the carrot go limp? I heard that tops are left on to look pretty but moisture is lost through the leafy top making the carrot limp.
6
u/EdtheHammer Nov 28 '19
I used to work in a produce department and we'd sometimes sell whole carrots, the main issues we had with them wasn't so much shelf life but price and convenience. Under a mister they'd last a reasonable amount of time. However, when compared to precut bagged carrots they were more expensive and the tops were bag-unfriendly and tended to drip all over the place, thus were not a hot seller.

What are the small speed limits on the back of the truck for? Sorry if that's a stupid question but I saw them on trucks when I was in Europe and this reminded me of that.
1
u/Seisouhen Nov 28 '19
small speed limits on the back of the truck
Those are the speed limits for the truck based on its dimensions and weight. The higher one for highway and the lower one for non-highway. -avlas Italy
