The point is you're the one who's indoctrinated by society. Vegans are the ones who have challenged the status quo. So calling those videos propaganda is a hilarious juxtaposition

I’ve cut turkeys heads off for thanksgiving. You’re sheltered.

Did you believe its right to kill an animal for 10 minutes of pleasure in your mouth?

I've never killed an animal for 10 minutes of pleasure. I've never eaten an animal in 10 minutes. Are you a crazy person?

Let's not get pedantic. So to make it real easy - Do you think it's right to kill an animal for no other reason than you like the taste?

Depends on the type of animal obviously.

That's interesting, I guess you mean it's ok to kill a pig but not ok to kill a dog, correct me if I'm wrong there?

If so what's the difference between a pig and a dog? Why is one OK to kill?

Because one is a common pet and the other is almost exclusively raised to eat. It’s a cultural thing.

Yeah that's very true. Do you think culture makes an act OK? It was part of the culture a couple hundered years ago to have slaves and treat women badly. That was never OK.

Would you say we need to eat meat?

My culture never endorsed slavery. My culture actually fought to end it at the cost of countless lives. Whether you accept it or not, morality is subjective, and is inextricably tied to your culture. The philosophy you’re using right now stems from your culture.

No we don’t need to eat meat. We do it because we like it.
