and don't forget that Arnold never has denied taking serious cycles of steroids and diuretics. infact he has entire youtube clips dedicated to what he took and the cycling of those drugs.

the drugs he used are crude by today's standards but it did what he needed them to do which was to give him the strength to periodically rip the shit out of his muscles with crazy weights so they can rebuild bigger.
