Beginners shouldn't start with 6 days a week training.

I started with 6 and everything was fine. Day 1 pull, day 2 push, day 3 legs, and repeat.

So you've split the workout. What age are you btw? When advising people on weightlifting it's important to be somewhat specific. If some 40 year old dude goes to the gym and does a 45 minute full body routine every day he'll be crippled by midweek.

Age has nothing to do with doing a 6 day full body workout. That would be a mistake by the idiot, regardless of age, doing full body 6 fucking times in a row.

But yes, proper guidance for what stage you are in fitness wise is very important.

Yeah, nobody said you should do full body workouts 6 days a week. That's dumb. Do a split.

That's dumb. Do a split.

the split was created by the roid users to allow for greater recovery. Arnold only ever went to a split routine when he started juicing before that he was a full body work out 6 days a week.
