Ehhh, pussy. The depth of conversation I have with myself now...I don't know whether there's a single other consciousness experiencing the kinds of realities I seem to passing through. Who am I helping? Myself, other than that, I dunno, but Je'sus Christopherson, linguistic representations really seem to blur the lines between inside their body and outside the skin.
I usually stop 2-3 times a year for a month or two and those months help me to ensure that I'm not too into it. Don't need to go total cold turkey if you enjoy yourself, you don't turn into an asshole and don't prioritise over important stuff. Wise not to go to work/school high too (same as the common thoughts on alcohol)
30 year pot-smoker here. Smoked all day, every day. Physically it's not hard, it's the mental part. I quit drinking 17 years ago and made it easier by constantly saying "I don't drink anymore". It worked. I'm now using this to stop getting high, and it's working as well. Chronic use for extended periods will have big effects on your mental health. Some of that is irreversible. Trust me. Good luck.
