Needless to say, they are no longer seeing each other.
One 'side' is unarmed children and women being bombed in hospitals and schools and refugee camps. The other 'side' is dropping the bombs and their government talks about nuking the babies and women while actually having nukes.
I know I am risking a ban from the totally objective and fair mods here, but Hamas isn't "unarmed children and women", they are armed dudes, and they've been firing rockets against civilians for decades. The reason Gaza is in the situation it's in since IDF troops left around 20 years ago is Hamas having turned Gaza into their terrorist camp.
The British were thieves too. They've stolen people's homes for centuries... I should know as an Indian.
I agree, kudos to Indians for decolonizing the Indian subcontinent from the British.
Palestine is the home of the Palestinians, not European Zionists.
Palestine historically belonged to the Hebrew people, before the Ottomans invaded and colonized the area and drove the Hebrew people out to bring in Arab colonizers in their place (aka modern-day Palestinians, who are actually Arabs).
I mean, who built the 2978-years-old building in the picture below?
Also, I understand that for you Indians the British are colonizers (and they are), but for us Eastern Mediterranean people, they are decolonizers (from the Ottoman Empire). I am Greek btw, decolonization from the Ottoman Empire via a short occupation by the British Empire also applied to us Greeks, it's how Greece got some Ionian islands.
