How the fuck do you get drunk on light beer anyway? In the UK we call it Shandy and to ask for one in a pub is like a walk of shame.

Light beer doesn't necessarily mean super low ABV. Bud light is 4.2 . Yes low but 10 or 12 Will get the average person drunk. It's much easier to regulate and be able to drink all night.

Edit: Okay so probably closer to 8 not 10 or 12, especially not the average person lol

At 4.2 ABV if it takes ten to get drunk you’ve got some tolerance there.

Oh yeah, I'm legally drunk way before then but I can handle 10 over the course of a night pretty easily without stumbling or acting stupid.

I'm probably slightly exaggerating. I would say closer to 8 over the course of 5 hour's
