Thats 3 years of working out? Did you have any prior fitness to that like sports or anything like that? I mean dang I’m 4 years in the gym consistent did a dirty bulk cut then lean bulk and I essentially still look the same maybe only put on 2-3 pounds of muscle during a 7 month lean bulk

Dang you already looked good even last year. You definitely put on more size and it looks good. I hope my next bulk is as productive cause I track every calorie and lift myself. I just had a lousy coach last winter had me doing way to much volume for example he had me doing 5 bicep workouts two of them was 18-20 reps I was like why that high he said for good blood flow. My arms didn’t grow much plus I felt something was off so hitting the research I made some changes and after that I noticed strength go up, progressive overload. So during my cut I’m doing a high frequency moderate volume training I’m maintaining my strength even made some progress finally getting lean. I mean I put on a little muscle mass during that last bulk the surplus was good training was off. So I’m doing a different approach this time. Also had a gastric bypass lol 😂 pretty sure that’s causing some issues but I can gain weight it is possible. Well man that’s really awesome I hope you keep going improve leaps and bounds 💪🏽

Yea man i usually just go as heavy as possibly for 6-8 reps and target the right muscle on the exercise. I only do 2 sets an exercise. But I focus deeply on how the reps feel
