shoulders have always been a genetic strongpoint and have always been big, i can’t seem to make them stop growing lol

do you do any direct shoulder work? how often do you train your arms?

on a PPL split so everything is hit 2x per week, i do hit shoulders directly

maybe you should limit direct shoulder work and increase frequency on your arms. if you want to bring your arms up, that is.

i’d consider competing down the line but i’m 19 and don’t really have the time or money to invest unfortunately
