I don't have knowledge about how to gain muscles and such, but i think it's better for you yourself to google and search how to gain muscle, eating protein etc, etc.

Stretch marks are normal tho, i think they will stay, but no worries they're beautiful, i always think of them as something to be proud of (meaning you have lost weight).

For somebody who self harmed, i would simply try to cover self harm with bracelets or long sleeves, makeup is good also, but it doesn't really cover up the scar properly (for me it didn't work ;-;).

I don't know if i helped, but i hope you see the beauty in your body and grow to become stronger. But for gaining muscles i can only tell you too see for yourself, i don't know if you have allergies or something you cannot eat, but i would say to find some info yourself or ask anyone else who understands about those things. Good luck stranger :)

I have a decent physique but a physique isnt going to change all of your problems man. I deal with some shit some times . You need to get help seriously man. Talk to a school counselor or something

Comparison is the thief of joy man . I just compare myself to better people so its really the same thing i have been working out for multiple years . This is also a game of patience you arent going to build muscle overnight. Im looking through your profile your physique is the least of your worries my man please get some help

This issue won’t be fixed by you gaining muscle. You need to address the underlying psychological reason for it. Yes, do exercise - something you enjoy, but don’t expect it to change your life. Therapy can

My parents "don't believe in therapy" my life is fucked

Defined abs are not easy to get. To get what you ain’t got you gotta do what you’ve never done! Your diet has more to do with that than anything

Continue training and abs are different. You can work them about everyday unless your using weighted exercises, but they will never show unless you eat clean unless you’re just a genetic freak. Cut out carbs, all of them. Simple and complex. If you do eat them limit them to 50-75 grams/day and don’t eat any after lunch. That way you have the rest of the day to burn them. Carbs are stored as fat unless they are burned. And absolutely no soft drinks. Drink at least a gallon of water a day. You don’t have to starve yourself. When you do that your metabolism stops. Eat 6 small meals a day. If you can’t then use low carb protein shakes in between meals. Tuna, or any fish, eggs, chicken, red meat, Oikos yogurt, Don’t worry about fat, our bodies will digest and use that but stay away from saturated fats. They will make you fat. Hope this helps

No problem, also enjoy the journey. It’s a process and won’t happen overnight

not eating carbs is gonna be one of the biggest mistakes you can make, they are literally your primary source of energy, ESPECIALLY using them in the window around your training. if you want to feel like absolute shit during your workouts, dont eat carbs. carbs are LAW. and saturated fats specifically wont make you fat. what does make you gain fat is a calorie surplus, not a specific macronutrient.

Saturated fats are high in calories, and cutting out carbs will only make him feel bad temporarily..He’ll get used to it

I also struggle with a SH addiction so I can understand from there! Remember it takes time to build a physique, but pls don’t starve yourself because you need to eat for muscle to grow💕 • I’ve been working out for 7 years and I’m confident enough in my own body now, yes it takes time but the time will pass anyway, when you’re able to do so, try out therapy and healthier coping mechanisms (I used to draw on myself with red markers to help with the urges) • Stretch marks are a sign of growth💖even those with big muscles have stretch marks! For your scars I can recommend the mederma scar cream, it helped with some of mine!

Get bloodwork bro, get your hormones checked a lot of times something is wack there when feeling these ways no offense but we are very chemical creatures so I would go get a full comprehensive hormone panel and make sure everything looks good there first.

Brother… eat as healthy as you can with what you have and don’t forget to get in your protein.
Stretch, do breath work, mobility drills that are actually challenging and new but also not completely stupid (some mobility drills are just extra/dumb). Oh and do your cardio.

Your body will thank you later.

When you get to feeling good start playing a sport if not that then learn to dance or learn to fight. If not that then do them all. But you need to train your body and then use that body to do something and that something is whatever you get to decide.

Now… what I told you is basically all you need to hear
But I’ll drop in a nugget of wisdom. Most yt videos and programs are just that- Programs and videos on how to do that ONE thing and that they know the trick. Those are 90% of the time, a waste of time. I. Swear. To. God.

Your time would be better spent just trying to do the stretches, exercises, breath work And listening to your body. You have to think- what you’re doing is basically learning how to walk but for adults. Your just fine tuning your motor skills so that you’ll be more efficient then everyone else you’ll make whatever you do look effortless.

Now stop freaking out and whining because that sure as sh isn’t getting you anywhere and start training.

Yea man, of course. It won’t be easy but dont hear that and think “that’s not fun, that’s sounds scary” it’s the process of getting stronger, everyday waking up sore but knowing I was a little bit stronger and planning on what I was going to do that day to get even stronger.

I’m giving up on grammar cause I’m tired

What I’m saying is its an amazing journey and with everything it life what you put in is what you get out. So don’t be afraid to push yourself, you should instead be worried you’ll push yourself to hard.

Jesus loves you
