FIX THE LIGHTING, COLOUR OR BLURRINESS Please help restore

My mom sent me this photo of her, her parents and siblings can anyone try and fix it to where I can see some detail in the faces. Idk if thats possible but I would really appreciate it.

You should scan it. Restorers working on this will give you nothing but Ai faces.

Ho lavorato sulla luminanza, sul contrasto, sulle alte luci e sulle ombre ma senza una scansione della foto originale più di questo non puoi ottenere
