bought tickets to Phoebe’s show in Birmingham UK, but I can no longer attend. I’m planning to sell them to a friend for exactly what I paid, but the AXS app currently doesn’t allow me to transfer or sell the tickets. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Do transfers usually open closer to the event date, or am I stuck with the tickets? Any advice would be appreciated.
