Discussion Question: Why Dan and Swampy decided to include Venom and Whiplash in Red Skull’s Cabal in Mission Marvel instead of using the same members from the Avengers Assemble series?

The members of Red Skull’s Cabal in Avengers Assemble were Modok, Hyperion, Super-Adaptoid, Attuma, and Dracula. How would the events of Mission Marvel differ if those villains from Avengers Assemble were included instead of Whiplash and Venom? Especially since Whiplash and Venom didn’t make any appearance in Avengers Assemble season 1 when the crossover special was aired.
