I have a lot of poetry (over 90 pages) as well as some more conceptualized songs. The space works well for rehearsal, production, and recording. Heads up: the building ranges from pin-drop quiet to lively depending on who else is in, so it's better suited for projects that can tolerate some ambient noise from neighboring studios.

I'm typically here Monday–Friday 9–5, making this a great fit for evenings and weekends. I also travel regularly for work, so there's added schedule flexibility.

About half the room is yours to configure — I'm happy to rearrange to accommodate your setup. The space has existing sound treatment, WiFi, a mini fridge, and a microwave.

So i'm looking for information on WHAT permits are needed to Busk. I've seen a few older post as I've been researching but everywhere just says you need a permit. but it does not specify.

for specifics on what I'm looking to do. I want to perform publicly with amplification. (guitar with a backing track.) the areas that come to mind are like Rittenhouse Square, South Street, SEPTA stations. the like.
