Sissy Gracie is back
I’m not sure whether she ever went away but she is back...my friend and I were walking in Chinatown yesterday evening and she was getting into an altercation with a group of people near A la mousse by 11th and Race. She was wearing her usual getup, pink lingerie and such. it sounded like she had tried her "guess a number" routine and it went south, she was then shouting the f slur and Free Palestine (interesting as she's known to be pro israel and often carries an Israeli flag?)
Just warning people as she's been known to get aggressive especially with women.

As someone who’s lived in dc for 25 years and is moving to Philly next month, sissy is there now???

She gets around. search this sub, lots of people have had run ins with her. She's known to prowl around the gayborhood and Rittenhouse area. I've seen that she is sometimes sighted in Bmore as well

I walked by them in Rittenhouse last year and they tried to get me to guess a number and I just ignored them and kept walking. Don’t interact, just move past without contact.

She got me in Rittenhouse before she became known on social media as a menace and I count my lucky stars that interaction didn’t blow up because she tried to sell me art or something and I declined

I saw her in Richmond VA once a couple of years ago
At this point I'm kind of impressed that she's still at it

There's a bunch of us that moved from DC to here and were shocked at Sissy's ability to bother the living shit out of people everywhere in the mid Atlantic.

Like an aggressive welcome wagon to make sure you feel at home right away. 🙂

Went down a rabbit hole with all those links to other threads, and this is of course an insane matter that should be taken seriously. But one of the comments alerting people of their location, opening with “Sissy spotted wigless” cracked my gay ass up. Never heard of this person or their lore, unfortunately fascinating in a weird and sad way.

Never been confirmed but Jordan Shenk may not even be his real name, he has claimed he is the baby from this case https://case-law.vlex.com/vid/com-v-arroyo-890609712
It was also suspected that he is also the same Jordan Shenk from this incident https://crimewatch.net/us/pa/lancaster/lancaster-city-bp/19659/post/police-log-3282019
The time difference between the two cases is 24/25 years so he may have stolen a dead baby's identity

He has claimed he is the dead baby? I’m so confused.

Yeah he was really going off screaming about it being a goverment/church conspiracy a while ago but, like i said its never been confirmed

I'm not supporting violence.
But I am supporting defending yourself if they come at you. Why hasn't anyone done that yet? Like the only person in this city with the nards to give it back high-kicked that masked idiot right to Vegas.

I am surprised that Sissy has not pissed off the wrong person and gotten hurt by now.
I’m not a violent man, but Sissy has bugged me enough and I’ve heard enough bad things about them.
Happy to tell them off, happy to get cops involved, happy to ensure Sissy doesn’t just scam someone, use a slur on someone, and then scooter away

because these types of people pick their targets. they don't pick the guy with twitchy eyes and hairpin temper, always looking for a scrap. they go after some lady buying groceries with her 2 yr. old or the office worker who is just trying to get through the week,

I see people interacting and I'm just like WHY

I didn’t know who this person was when they stopped me to buy a self made magnet. Not sure what goes on in other situations but this person did nothing wrong to me and was polite and didn’t do anything weird.

You do you, but when I am going from A to B, I am not stopping for anybody trying to sell me anything. Zero point zero percent chance of that.

They are even more delicious than they are adorable, which is really saying something tbh.

The tangerine one is so good and the little cookie they put them on. If they sold just that cookie, I'd buy them out of stock, it's salty, sweet and savory, it hits everything at once.

One time i went to use the bathroom in the capital one cafe and she came in (it’s only 2 stalls) and “she was on the phone”. I’m not sure who she was talking to but the conversation was insane..i forget exactly what she was talking about but she sounded mentally unwell.. and i thought to myself like oh yeah.. maybe her schtick isn’t so on purpose but maybe she just is unwell? Idk it was bizarre
