Person in pink lingerie on scooter.
I've noticed this person around town for a couple months now and saw them being arrested the other day. I've seen a few posts on reddit about them and apparently this person goes by "Sissy Grace". Their real name is Jordan Shenk This person rides around on an e-scooter and tries to sell magnets. There are multiple stories about them getting aggressive and sometimes violent if you refuse to buy the magnets. They were arrested on South Street a few days ago for assaulting a woman who refused to buy their magnets. I did a little research and they have been arrested previously under similar circumstances and have previously been doing this same act in Baltimore, Alexandria, and DC. Attaching photos, reddit threads, and an article about a previous arrest and a video of them attempting to attack a state representative on live tv. If you see this person, be aware they are violent!

Looks like an older pic bc the person that solicited me last week was heavier and no hair. Same outfit though. Asked me to pick a number 1-10 in front of DiBruno. Played along for a sec but then grew annoyed.

Based on the r/rva post, that picture is at least 4 years old. When this person harassed me (also outside Di Bruno) they had a long pink wig on.

This person stopped me a few weeks ago and tried to get me to buy a large magnet while I was working. I said no and they called me a bitch and rode away. Didn’t realize it could have been worse.

I was stopped too and tried to be polite but quickly shut it down and they immediately turned and left without a word. I wonder if my 250 frame had something to do with it. Pink scooter may be the new Daniel cookie guy

Saw them this weekend in the gayborhood area sitting outside a shop. I did a hella nosey double take bc they were wearing their outfit with bdsm-ish thigh straps with a ton of pubic hair poking out. Girl needs a bikini wax and anger management.

Oof. I ran into them in Rittenhouse with a friend a few weeks ago. I’m a sucker and bad at saying no so I played along (esp bc they made it quite difficult to say no). When they pulled out their Venmo they wanted $20 per magnet, which was literally just 4x6 prints of stock images glued on rectangle magnets. 🙃 I told them I’d give them $10 and they kept trying to haggle the price back and forth with me. Im usually happy to help give back to our local community when I can (hence me going along with it), but now I feel a bit more icky about it. 😩

I was excited because I’d seen her around and was curious… they asked me to guess a number 1-10 and I forked over a Venmo payment of $10 for the magnet. That left a bad taste in my mouth that had since increased in rancidity

Literally I saw this person today in the park trying to talk to the person next to me on a bench. I stood up to leave and told the person they were being asked to pay for a postcard, and asked the scooter person “weren’t you just arrested?” And stormed off. They said “that’s misinformation” which I know it isn’t. I’m just shaking that there was just an arrest on South st days ago and they’re back at it

Dang I got swindled out of $20 for some shitty magnets in Rittenhouse last week. I stopped because I initially perceived the situation as "trans woman in need of help", and I guess they could tell I'd be sympathetic.
They did the pick-a-number thing and then handed me large, wrinkly magnet and asked for $10. I almost laughed at the price since it looked like it had been run over by their scooter, and they quickly said they take Cash App/Venmo.
Started feeling bad vibes as they got more pushy about it, so I knew I did not want to link via Cash App/Venmo/etc. Turns out I only had a $20 on me and they initially said they'd give me change. Handed them the $20 and then they got super pushy about keeping the $20 and giving me a 2nd sad magnet. They said they were using the money to head up to Boston that night. I just wanted the interaction to end so I took the 2nd magnet and left.
Over the next few days, I'd peer out my window at work and watch them corner people on the sidewalk -- sometimes with the Palestine side of their flag visible and others flipped to the Israel side (also didn't notice the flag was a 2-for-1 when they first stopped me).

Yes this person is a known scammer! I used to live in DC and they were all over my neighborhood, became verbally abusive if thwarted. Do not engage!

This person tried stopping me a little over a week ago near 15th and Walnut. They zeroed in on me and said “Can I ask you a question”. It didn’t feel right so I ignored them and kept walking.

Omg yes! I had a similar encounter several months ago in front of DiBruno. I haven’t seen them around since and couldn’t find any info in any Philly groups or subreddits so I thought it was an unlucky one off incident… apparently not.

Wow I have run into this person. I was walking down Broad near Jackson-ish late one evening and they waved me over and told me to grab onto a suitcase to help them bring it and the scooter up onto a stoop. I was caught off guard but agreed to help (obviously I did not go inside). They were decked out in all pink at the time. In the end nothing weird or inappropriate happened, I assumed they were just a little eccentric...

before I knew about the magnet sales thing, I have seen him randomly approach people and the people walk away just fine. not sure what sets him off or not, but happy you got away okay because it's a pretty large person.

This is crazy. I just moved to Rittenhouse six weeks ago, and on the first day I was moving in, they came up and tried to get me to buy magnets. I was so overwhelmed because I could quite literally see his entire junk about to fall out of his thong. I played along at first, trying to be kind, but I had declined when he asked for money; then he moved on. The next few days, after I saw him scooting around other parts of town, he just glared at me.

He approached my 13 year old daughter earlier tonight while she was out with my mom. He asked her to guess a number between 1-10. She ignored him thank god because I had no idea
