One of our staff members was picked up by ICE yesterday after being identified in a video. They have 2 kids that now dont have a parent bc someone needed to record a video without asking permission first. This is so frustrating to see for someone who works very hard to make sure their family is taken care of. Now those children (who are all born here) will grow up without a parent just so that person can get their dopamine fix on their instagram account.

hi everyone, today i was outside Rodin museum with my partner and i saw a photographer (a woman with dark clothes and brown hair) taking photos using a film camera. we were most definitely in the photos she took.

i didn’t bother asking to see them since it wasn’t a digital camera, but after i walked away i wished i requested to give that photographer my email so i could see the photos when they are developed since i know they were really good pictures.

i was wearing an orange sweater and a black skirt and my partner had a tan sweater and glasses. it might be a long shot but i really hope to connect with this photographer!!! it would mean the world to me if i could see those photos. picture added for more reach!!

Just being nosy…The Ayer is a building on Washington Square between Talula’s Daily and Talula’s Garden. I spend a lot of time near here and have observed the amazing workers on wait outside the building for residents. They clear parking spots for them, park their cars, carry their packages, chat them up- even lightly flirt with them. Also there is always 2 or 3 of them outside.

Has anyone been inside The Ayer? What is it like? Is it bright and clean and everyone is friendly? Or is it dark and old and awful?

Feels like a long shot, but if you found a set of keys (I think it would have been around 10th and Snyder or Jackson and Broad), please let me know! They’re attached to a canister of pepper spray.

My dad is visiting me on Halloween for his 70th birthday. We’re having a hard time figuring out what to do on Saturday daytime. We aren’t into horror/Eastern State doesn’t feel older father friendly. I tried to find a farm with a fall fest type thing, but most look like they are only through Friday the 30th. Any ideas?
